We had a lovely stay with beautiful grounds and a friendly atmosphere. The staff were helpful, and the food was good, particularly at dinner. However, the pool area could get crowded at times and the Wi-Fi was quite unreliable, which made things a bit frustrating. Still, the overall experience was enjoyable and we appreciated the relaxing ambiance.

The staff, especially Riza at the reception and John at the pool bar, made us feel incredibly welcome and were always keen to help. While the spa experience was simply fantastic, we found the breakfast options somewhat limited. Overall, it offered good value for money, but there were a few areas, like Wi-Fi and room amenities, that could use improvement.

The hotel staff, including Ali, provided outstanding service, though the manager could have been more accommodating at times. While the dining options were pleasant, especially breakfast, the lack of kettles in the rooms was a minor inconvenience during my stay.
